Don Helms is best known by the public for his recordings with Hank Williams, and best known by his peers as an inspiration on both the musical and personal level. His recently released book, "Settin' the Woods on Fire" which was co-authored with Dale Vinicur, tells the story of this remarkable force in the country music industry. Included are interesting highlights about many people in and out of the music business. Don Helms passed away on the night of August 10, 2008. He will never be forgotten.

(This website is a gift from many of Dons friends, in and out of Nashville, to his many friends and fans around the world. We welcome your stories about Don, and any pictures or other additions you wish to share. )
